MEET THE TEAM
TIMOTHY COLSON
Founder, Licensed Insurance Agent. Timothy Colson is the founder of the Tri-State Legacy Group, of which he is also an independent insurance agent through. Timothy founded the Tri-State Legacy Group with the intention of bringing a holistic planning experience to those in need of risk management solutions in the Tri-State area. Timothy has been practicing in the financial industry since 2013 & enjoys educating others on the financial strategies available to them. Timothy is Life, Accident and Health insurance licensed in NY, MD,MI,NC,NJ,OH, PA & VA. Timothy resides with his wife, Emily & their children in the Hudson Valley area. He is an active member of his church, holding positions within the marriage ministry & community discipleship ministry. He also is an avid New York Rangers fan & loves to coach youth hockey within his community.
LEX BUSKO
Vice President- Personal & Commercial Lines. Lex Busko has been in the finance and insurance industry since 2006. A graduate of Newburgh Free Academy's class of 2002, he has experience in retail banking, finance, property and casualty insurance, life, accident, and health insurance. His past experience working for both captive and independent agencies has given him a broad knowledge of both the local and national trends of insurance carriers. When he's not in the office, hes spending time with his wife Brandi and his three children, Jack, Grant, and Emma. He is an avid fly fisherman and enjoys hiking and camping with his family.
Lex Busko is Life, Accident, Health, Property & Casualty Licensed in New York and Pennsylvania.
